Visas
Tourist visas are easily available at any entry
point into Jordan except the King Hussein Bridge.
The logic here is that "Palestine" is
still part of Jordan. These are single
entry visas and cost 10JD or approx 15USD. You
don't need photos, or any document except your
passport.
Visas
Required by all except the following:
- Nationals of Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait,
Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syrian Arab Republic,
United Arab Emirates and Yemen for a maximum stay
of 1 month (extensions may be obtained at the
nearest police station);
- Transit passengers continuing their journey
to another country by the same or first connecting
aircraft within 24 hours provided holding valid
onward or return documentation and not leaving
the airport. Some nationalities may obtain a 7-day
transit visa upon arrival if travelling from a
neighbouring Arab country. Enquire at the Embassy
(or Consular section at Embassy).
