Visas
The Student must be admitted to a university or college that gives sponsorship for students to obtain a Qatari Residence Permit.
When the student gets the approval in obtaining a student visa under the university or college sponsorship, an entry visa will be issued for the student. The entry visa is valid for one month from the date of entering Qatar.
Once the student arrives to Qatar, the student has one month to obtain the following:
- Medical Examination through the Medical Commission
- Fingerprints through CEID
- Obtain a “blood type” report
The student then submits all the documents with their passport to the university or college in order to complete the process of transferring the entry visa into a Qatari Residence Permit.
The Qatari Residence Permit is stamped into the student's passport and the student will receive an ID card. |
