Who:   Open to all Palestinian refugees in Jordan, Lebanon, Gaza and the West Bank. 

What:   Offers tuition scholarships, transportation, living expenses, health insurance and textbooks

When:   Academic year 2015-2016

Where:   28 partner colleges/ universities and three high school boarding schools in the United States

Program length:   4 year undergraduate study and/or completion of high school

The Hope Fund is an grant to improve the quality of life for Palestinians by providing higher-education opportunities in the United States for mature Palestinian students who are academically qualified but who also lack the financial ability to take advantage of such American education.
